We spent 30 years working to address the urgent challenges facing the Lake District previously known as “Nurture Lakeland”.
Big things happened in 2017...
We established as the Lake District Foundation in 2017.
2.8 million
Since then, we have invested over £2.8 million into the region through our grant-giving programmes.
We are evolving
We are a dynamic and growing charity that works collaboratively with over 80 community groups and 60 businesses on environmental and cultural projects.
