A Lake District for Everyone
We are the Lake District
To ensure that equity, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our work we have developed strategic objectives for key work strands. We stand with underrepresented groups which include: minority ethnic groups, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ and economically disadvantaged groups. We know this list is not exhaustive and we are open to work with and hear from anyone- regardless of your background and identity.
