Join Our Crew for the Lakeside Dragon Boat Regatta 2025!

We’re on the lookout for passionate paddlers to join our team at the Lakeside Dragon Boat Regatta on Saturday 12 July 2025 at Lakeside YMCA, Windermere.

This exciting event offers more than just a day on the water – it’s a chance to make a real impact for the Lake District.

This is an amazing partnership with our friends at Windermere Science Festival! 

What’s Involved?

We’ll be racing across Windermere in a traditional dragon boat, powered by teamwork, adrenaline and plenty of laughter. No previous experience is needed – just a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

Every penny raised goes directly to the Lake District Foundation, supporting vital projects that care for our spectacular landscapes, wildlife and cultural heritage. Your efforts will help protect this place we all love for future generations.

How to Join:

We ask for a minimum donation of £50 per rower to secure your place. All funds raised go straight to supporting our work in the Lake District.
